TISCA Schools

TISCA Schools

TISCA’s members are spread across more than 100 independent schools in the UK, primarily England but with a few contacts in Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales. The original founding group grew out of the Wadhurst Fellowship and, when TISCA was launched in 1995, consisted of eighteen Heads. School membership has now grown to some 12 Foundation Schools (where the Head and Governors are in sympathy with our aims) and over 40+ Associate Schools (where either the Head or Governors are in sympathy with TISCA’s aims). There are a further 40+ schools in which we have one or more individual members. There are also a few Overseas’ Schools affiliated to TISCA stretching from East Europe to East Africa, Pakistan, India and Cambodia.

School membership runs from the 1st September to the 31st August each year. We welcome new individual members at any time in the year.

Important note to parents: If you are looking for a school for your child or children, we suggest that you may well wish to look at one or more of the schools listed below. All the schools listed have one or more people on their staff who are members of TISCA. But we must emphasise that we cannot and do not recommend any school for any particular pupil. The decision about choice of school must rest with the parents, and we are unable to enter into any discussions with schools on behalf of pupils before, during or after admission.
